      1. At least 3 years’ experience working for a commercial garden service

      2. Documented Gardening Knowledge Certificates

      3. Contactable References

      4. Valid ID or Work Permit or Similar.

   2. Supervisory Team

      1. At Least 5 Year experience in Commercial Garden service/ Landscaping/ Cleaning / Horticultural Business with a reputable local company.

      2. Driver’s License RSA

      3. List of previous clients worked for or sites supervised or testimonials from clients.

   3. Building Maintenance Team

      1. RSA Driver’s License (Min 5 Years)

      2. Plumbers Certificate Or Similar

      3. Electrician Certification

      4. Handyman Experience (10 years Min) With contactable references.

      5. Waterproofing/Painting/Carpentry/Building industry Experience.  

   4. Administration Team

      1. Sectional Title Experience

      2. Managing agents Industry Experience a Benefit

      3. Microsoft Systems

      4. Meter Readings
